As we hit our 40s, it’s common to feel a dip in confidence. Many women I work with tell me they wonder, ‘Where did my bold, fearless self go?’ It’s easy to feel frustrated or even anxious when that confidence seems out of reach - especially when it comes to activities we used to love, such as skiing.

Losing your confidence can feel like losing a vital part of yourself. It might stem from setbacks, criticism, or a period of self-doubt, leaving you questioning your abilities and worth. When confidence fades, even the simplest tasks can seem daunting, and the idea of taking risks or pursuing goals feels overwhelming. But it's important to remember that confidence is not a fixed trait, it's something that can be rebuilt and strengthened. By reconnecting with your past successes, practicing self-compassion, and taking small, courageous steps outside your comfort zone, you can begin to restore your confidence. This limiting belief often stems from past experiences, comparisons to others, or societal pressures, convincing you that you're not capable, talented, or worthy of success and happiness. It can hold you back from pursuing your dreams, speaking up for yourself, or embracing opportunities. But the truth is, this belief is just a story you've been telling yourself, and it's a story that can be rewritten. By recognising your inherent worth, celebrating your strengths, and challenging the negative self-talk, you can break free from the confines of "not good enough" and step into a more confident and empowered version of yourself.

As a Mindset Coach, I specialise in helping ladies rediscover their confidence and overcome mental and emotional blocks - whether on the slopes or in everyday life. With a deep understanding of the challenges women face, particularly when navigating life transitions and personal growth, I offer a unique blend of mindset coaching and transformative techniques to support you in reaching your fullest potential.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with ladies 40+ who are passionate about skiing but feel their confidence - on the slopes and in life - has taken a hit. Balancing careers, family, and personal passions, they often find themselves caught in a cycle of self-doubt, anxiety, and fear, whether it’s about tackling a challenging run or facing a new phase of life. These women are ready to rediscover their inner strength and embrace every challenge with purpose and clarity.
Common struggles include a fear of injury, worries about performance, or a loss of enthusiasm for skiing, as well as life transitions that impact their self-assurance. They may feel like they’ve lost the confidence they once had, both on and off the mountain.
And guess what? I can relate to all of the above!
